Life Changing

Published by 5ySs under on 11:22 PM

Haven’t been updating my blog for a long time...Been busy with life, family, love, study and business ^^

I’m sure most of you know that I’ve been doing Herbalife as a part timer. Well, I’m glad I met Herbalife and I’m proud that I’m part of it.

Why?

As stated in the title, Herbalife is a life changing company! And it does completely change my life! And I love it!!

What happen to me?

Before Herbalife, I’m just a typical university student, who went to class on every weekdays, sometimes classes on weekend, skipping classes, playing in the class, disturbs the “geeks”, copying assignments, quizzes, exams, playing GAMES on most of the time, hanging out with friends, blogging, Facebook-ing, twitter-ing,and numerous others.

Before Herbalife, I'd never think of my future. For me, student’s life is only about studies and stuffs. You only need to think about your future, AFTER you graduated. Enjoy life as student!! You've got nothing to worry about. You've got JPA or PTPTN or FAMA (father and mother) to back you up. Just graduate with flying colors and you will eventually get a good job and you can start your difficult life after that. If you missed your student life, you’ll regret it in the future, for not enjoying all those fun moments without any problems and responsibilities.

Believe it or not, that’s what I thought before.

I'd never had a BIG DREAM before. For me, it's okay to stay low and live your life moderately. I'm not the type of students who would ask money from my parent. If I've got no money, I'll cut my expenses. If I'm hungry, I'll eat instant mee or cook some rice, fried some egg, pour a little soy sauces and eat them everyday. Be it 1 or 2 months. That's it! All I need to do is SURVIVE!!

But being in Herbalife, I realize that I have to make a jump to actually change my life towards betterment. "Don't adjust yourself to be able to survive in the environment, but adjust yourself to be OUT of the environments".

Lots of things happened, been dragged into Herbalife, been forced to listen to all talks in HOM (well, I guess many Herbalife distributors are just like me in their early time: P) became a supervisor, plugged into the systems, training after training, events after events, booth after booth and the MAGIC actually happens.

---------------------------MAGICAL MOMENTS-----------------------------------------

Before Herbalife, I’m an overweight person. I weighed about 86-87kg at 179cm height. I’ve been trying on diets, exercises, calories intake control and all, but never been disciplined enough to constantly practicing all those. As a result, I’ve never successfully been less than 80kg.

I'd always run away from any camera. Being fat and unsatisfied with my looks had turned me into a timid person. I would rarely be outstanding or been exposed to any publicity especially on the internet. I will definitely put myself out of frame or hiding behind others. Untagging my pictures from Facebook whenever candid pictures appeared had been my regular jobs. (I've never revealed this to anyone else before ;D )

But with Herbalife, after SERIOUSLY taking up the products, I’ve lost over 7kg in just 5weeks and lost 15kg in total, up until now. Not just losing my weight, I shaped up and change my shirt sizes from XL to L or even M. Also changed my pants sizes from 39 to 33...=)

One of the problem I faced after that, is finding the old picture of me while still being BIG. I had to spend some times stalking other people's album picture. =p

In the first month in Herbalife which is on May 2011, I‘d my FIRST FLIGHT ever to Herbalife Extravaganza in Bangkok. I’ve never imagined of me, am actually getting on plane and WENT OUT of Malaysia for the first time. As long as I can remember, the farthest place that I’d been away from Malaysia was Padang Besar, Perlis (the Malaysian side of the Malaysia-Thailand border)

Not just that, I applied for my passport for the first time!! I never imagined that I would need to apply it in my student’s time. (I was only planning on applying it when I will be going for Umrah or Hajj before =D)

Along the flight, I was excited and thrilled. I’ve been taking lots and lots of pictures of the outside scene, clouds, cities and all. I’d also been to the plane’s toilet and experiencing the so called “p*ssing while flying”. Call me pathetic~~ I don’t care!! Come on, it’s my first time on everything. XD

In Extravaganza Bangkok, I’ve met thousands of Herbalife distributors all around Asia Pacific. And guess who else I met there?

It's our beloved Sis Wawa ;D

Not just that, I’d also seen Dr. Louis Ignarro, the ONLY LIVING NOBLE PRIZE’s winner,

and also Herbalife CEO, and former president of Walt Disney, Michael O Johnson.

In September 2011, we qualified for World Team School training in Herbalife University, Korea. Well, I couldn’t imagined of me been to overseas for 2 times in a year with less than 4months intervals. We went to Korea for training for 3 days, and 4 days of travelling...6 hours of flight doesn't really bores me as I'm still excited been on plane. Met new faces and made lots of new friends. Had Nasi Lemak on flight too ;)

Honestly, I couldn’t enjoy Korean’s foods so much except for their rice, seaweeds, milk (drink this a lot), prawn burger, ginseng chicken soup and “spicy fresh Tuna (simply delicious!!)”. Kimchi? I can’t really eat that. Not my type...Haha..However, I did learned on how to make Kimchi =D

I really treasure Korean scenery, weather (it was during early Autumn) and buildings. One of the places that I loved so much is the Nami Island. Let pictures do the talks. ;D

Herbalife also taught me of leadership, motivations, communicational skills and friendship where I doubt I would be able to find it somewhere else. Actually, there are lots of other things that I get from Herbalife such as lifestyle, attitude, money and more. But I’ll save it until the day I became the SPEAKER in any Herbalife events. Attend the events and make sure you don’t miss it =P

What are the side effects of taking Herbalife?

Published by 5ySs under on 3:06 PM

Bismillah,

“What are the side effects of taking Herbalife?” This has been the most popular question to be asked by our customers.

And I always, always, always answered them with these “questions”.

Herbalife is actually a well-balanced nutritional food. What would be the side effects of consuming healthy foods? Is your body going to blow up because it can’t tolerate healthy foods? Or healthy foods can’t provide you with enough energy and you’ll faint after eating them? You think so?

Then what are the side effects of eating other foods? What are the side effects of eating Nasi lemak and roti canai for examples? And other such foods with high fats, high sugar (flour->starch->sugar),and high calories? have you ever questioned it before?

NOPE. right?

And some of them would desperately respond, “But I read about the negative side effects of Herbalife from THIS ANTI MLM blog”.

And I’d say, well you say it yourself! It’s an ANTI-MLM blog. Of course it would shows ONLY the negative parts of Herbalife as a MLM’s company. He would willingly dig out any negative aspects of Herbalife and neglecting the facts that Herbalife had actually helps millions of people around the world. Let me explain this situation in a simple metaphor;

Let say, if there is one man who wanted to know about Islam. He is searching for answers about what is Islam and what is in it? He heard about Islam from people around him, but without ever asking them more about it, he tries to investigate it by himself.

SUDDENLY

He heard that there will be a speech RELATED to Islam, and he went to that PLACE. It was a big white building with few people in it. He sat on one of the seat and starts to listen to the speech. Everything he heard about Islam in that place is something negative such as terrorism, evil, blasphemy and so on. After finished listening to that speech, he felt terrified with Islam and he knows that he must stay away from it and prevent his family from Islam. So, he went outside of the building, looking up and he saw a huge signboard; stating – C.H.U.R.C.H.

What do you understand from this? Yes! If you want to know about something, go to the right sources! If you want to know what Herbalife is all about, go to the person you’ve heard of it from and try to attend any of the events and evaluate them yourself. I won’t ask you to believe everything that was told, because I know each and every one of you is matured enough to decide it for yourself. So, don’t just LISTEN AND TRUST, but evaluate them using your own senses.

And after you attend the events, learn and evaluated them, IF you are still saying that Herbalife is NOT suitable for you, then, you may take your own way. We won’t force anyone to believe what we’ve been saying.

Some of the customers would also ask “What would happen if I stop taking Herbalife later on”

I’d still ask; “What would happen if you stop taking on healthy foods?”

If you stop on consuming Herbalife, but you have ENOUGH TIME TO PREPARE healthy diets by eating more fruits and vegetables, more fish, more proteins, less fats and less sugar, calculate the amount of vitamins and minerals that you body actually needs, and prepare the actual amount of calories that your body needs in an active/rest day, then I’d say, you may stop on taking Herbalife.

In Herbalife, we just let our scientists calculate all those things, and we simply drinks our shake~

BUT

If you stop on taking healthy foods, AND returned to your old habits of unhealthy diets, full of fats and sugar, high cholesterol and calories, then, what do you think would happen???

DO I EVEN NEED TO DIRECTLY ANSWERING THE ENTIRE QUESTIONS?

MY ANSWER: NOPE.

(owh, I Love being sarcastic ;p)

How I lose 7kgs in 5weeks? (Some sharing for those who just started on using herbalife products)

Published by 5ySs under on 8:38 PM

Firstly, you need to know your "why"!
1) Why do you want to lose/gain weight?
2) Why you are willing to pay such money to get the products?
3) Why you choose herbalife?
and many more why...always ask yourself those questions as they may motivates you in any confusing situation that you may encountered.

Next, count every calories intake and master them.
But first, make sure you know your Basal Metabolic Rate(BMR)! ( Get those from your personal coach)
Make a calculation of the difference between your daily calories intake with your BMR and you can actually know how much weight you lose/gain in a day.
Example:
your BMR (at rest) : 1800kcal
your daily calories intake: 1200kcal
Formula: 300kcal = 0.25kg
--> 1800-1200 = 600
therefore, you will lose about 0.5kg on that day..
--BUT WAIT--
Did you realize the word "BMR(at rest)"?
That means, if you go to gym, or do some minor exercise, you will actually lose more kilos than that.
Just make sure you don't exceed your BMR as the effect might be turned upside down, if you know what I mean ;p

Luckily, we've got our SHAKE!
What so special about them?
They provide full nutritions(vitamins, minerals, proteins, energy) that are NEEDED in sufficient amount as required by our bodies in AMAZINGLY LOW CALORIES.

Did you know that 1 piece of fried chicken has a 300+kcal and it only gives you protein, oils and fats?
BUT
If you added 2 spoon of F1(tropical) + 1spoon of F3 + soy milk + oats + dates + sunquick(mandarin), the calories would not even exceed 300kcal for 1 meals...and it will provide all the nutritional values that are needed by our bodies. And of course, it will prevent you from hunger. The tastes are great too (Those are my favourite shake recipe :p)

Therefore, If you replace your breakfast and dinner with shakes, how much daily calories intake would that be? Lets do some calculation (assuming our shake are 200kcal).
Breakfast : Shake+fruits = 250kcal
Lunch : Rice+Fried Chicken+ Some Vegetables = 55okcal
Dinner : Shake = 200kcal

So, calories intake on that day = 250+550+200 = 1000kcal
your BMI = 1800 (normally for Man)
Total = 1800-1000 = 800kcal
Total weight lost: (800/300)x0.25 = 0.67kg
You may lose about 700g per day..isn't that amazing??
Imagine if you replace all your meals with healthy shake (200x3 = 600kcal)
Then, you can lose your weight at higher rates. Think about it!

Another important step is to DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!
This is a very crucial step in ensuring your success.
Shake is like your DETERGENT that you use to clean your clothes. You need accurate amount of water for it to do its job.

Water plays an important roles in maintaining our bodies condition. They CLEAN our systems, help to ABSORB nutrition and also important in REGENERATION of cells.
Our body system that is created by Allah is very unique. if you drink less water everyday, your body will start to keep the water in your body. Thus, creating a body stature called "Gemuk Air"..In this form, your body will become pulpy and "menggelebeh"..So, it is important to drink a lot of water so that your water content will become stable and your body will be in a good shape.

REMEMBER!
for every 25kg of your weight, you need to drink at least 1 litre of water per day.
If you weighted 75kg, then you need to take 3 litres of water per day.

Next step, try a PROTEIN diets. Consume lots of PROTEIN, less CARBOHYDRATES and lesser FATS.
Excess carbohydrate will be stored as glycogen, and eventually formed fats..but excess proteins will be released through urination. Therefore, you can eat proteins as much as you can.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All of the above are useless unless you have a DISCIPLINE!!!!
For things to change, you have to change first.
If you did not follow what your PERSONAL WELLNESS COACH said, then, I would like to ADVICE you to STOP taking Herbalife.
Because you are actually wasting your money on the products expenses and when you didn't get good result from it, YOU might be blaming OUR products for your own fault.
Herbalife has over 65 Millions satisfied customers all over the world. If they can get their desired results from Herbalife, then why don't you?
All you need to do is, be DISCIPLINE with your diet, follow what are instructed by your coach, and YOU WILL GET WHATEVER RESULTS THAT YOU WANT!
"To eat is necessary but to eat intelligently is an art/study that you must learn"

BUT!!!
If you do exactly what we have been advising you and you still can't get the results that you want, contact your coach, and Herbalife will give you 30-DAYS FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!!(even if you have finished the products! - just returns the empty cans)

Thats all that I can share!
I can do it, so do YOU!!
Wishing you all the best in your journey.(remember to take photograph of you BEFORE and AFTER taking those products)

It is POSSIBLE, It is NECESSARY, It is HARD, but it's WORTH to be done!!

1) There was a man who made a living selling balloons at a fair. He had all colors of balloons, including red, yellow, blue, and green. Whenever business was slow, he would release a helium-filled colorful balloon into the air and when the children saw it go up, they would wanted to buy one. They would come up to him, buy a balloon, and his sale would go up again. He continued this process all day.
One day he felt someone tugging at his jacket. He turned around and saw a little boy who asked, "If you release a black balloon, would that also fly?" Moved by that boy concern, the man replied with empathy, "Son, it is not the color of the balloon, it is what is inside that makes it go up."

2) Someone once approached Blaise Pascal, the famous French philosopher and said, " If I had your brains, I would be a better person." Pascal replied, "Be a better person and you will owned my brains."

David and Goliath

Published by 5ySs under on 3:17 PM

Maybe some of us already knew about the story of David and Goliath. There was a giant who was bullying and harassing the children in the village. One day, a 17-year-old shepherd boy came to visit his brothers and asked, "Why don't you stand up and fight the giant?" The brothers were terrified and they replied, "Don't you see he is too big to hit?" But David said, "No, he is not too big to hit, he is just too big to miss."
The rest is history, in the end, David did killed the giant with a sling. Same giant, but with different perception.

Moral of the story:
Our attitude determines how we look at a setback. To a positive thinker, it can be a stepping stone to success. To a negative thinker, it can be a stumbling block.
When our attitude is right, we realize that we are all walking on acres and acres of diamond. Opportunity is always under our feet. We don't have to go anywhere. All we need to do is recognize it.
When people don't know how to recognize opportunity, they complain of noise when it knocks. the same opportunity never knocks twice. The next one may be better or worse, but it is never going to be the same one.

Experience is the best teacher

It was my first experience of hardship in the highway since I first bought this bike. Luckily it happens at kilometer 197.2..near "tempat haram turun Berkelah (kilometer 199.7)"
I'm attending my friend's wedding at Temerloh. This incident happens on my way back to Kuantan. I'm considered lucky to only have to walk for 20km+ only.
What exactly happens? Let pictures do the briefing~
Yes, it happens as U think it is. My bike's chain accidentally stuck at the sprocket and forcefully stopped my bike. Luckily, I managed to control the bike from fell and luckily i didn't "fly" at that time. Note that I'm at 140km/h at that time. It's a mere luck that the bike didn't stopped in a sudden. Instead, it moves and did severe damage to both chain and sprocket. All praises to Allah. Most of my friends are also shocked that I'm still alive (cursed them!haha)

After the incident, I waited for help. Lucky again that the emergency phone is just a 100meters away. I walked to the booth, looked at the booth and completely blurred on what to do. Yes! it's my first time to ever walked that near to the booth~ However, there's only 2 buttons on that booth, I clicked on both buttons and hear some sound like "dialing". I tried for about 5minutes, but no one answered my call. :/

I observe the booth and saw an emergency phone number printed on it. However, my phone doesn't work on calling (as mentioned on my fb page). Then, I think that I should work out on something. I searched for tools that may assisted me. I remembered I just threw the tools out because I don't really know how to use them.(and I think that I may not need them) Out of options, I tried to stop any cars or motorcycle for helps. Luckily, these guys showed up.
Such handsome heroes~ want their number? message me~~haha (cik Fza xya nak gatal2 mintak ye =P)
They let me borrowed their phone to call for help. I dialed the number and the operator answers the call. She asked for my name, bike plate no, and the exact location. I gave her the details and she asked me to just stayed there and wait for back up. Few minutes later, the so called back up unit arrived. This is the part that pissed me off the most. Here are the conversation:

Prime: What happen?
Me: The chain and the sprocket wore off, so, is there any way to bring my bike to the nearest exit?
Prime: Sorry, we don't work on bike
Me: What? Why is that?
Prime: Because U see, we didn't charge motorcycle for any Toll Fees, so no service for bike. It's like we are working for nothing. (Hell yeah!! I'm going to kill ya!!)
Me: ......
He puts few cones around my bike and left. SO THOUGHTFUL ( He's Malay for god sake!)

Last resort, I texted one of my friend and asked for back up. I asked him to wait at Gambang Toll.
I cut the chain and dragged the motorcycle. After few hours, I arrived there and we went to the nearest workshop. Its a complete course for me that day.
It was a hectic day. But I do learned a lot from it.
Here are some valuable reminder that i would like to share with all of you:

  1. Always tell your loved one, whenever and wherever you go!
  2. Always check the condition of your vehicles before you start any journey.
  3. Never ride a bike in a highway, they just don't serve you if anything bad happen, unless you involved in an accident and unintentionally disturbed the traffics =.="
  4. Handphone is for call, throw it away once it loses this function~~
  5. Always carry the tools required for repairing the vehicles. Even though you don't know how to use them!! (You'll eventually know how to use them when you are in critical situation..oww, i know that feeling very well =P)
  6. Make lots of friends, as u may need them in a situation like this.( But don't make friend just because of that, phm2 la yer)
  7. Be friendly, don't just ignored strangers or passer by, sometimes you may need them! A smile shouldn't be much~
  8. Expect for the worst in every journey and be prepared mentally n physically! (It's not that u prayed for it to happen, but just in case~)
5yS are now well experienced and his motorcycle has a new set of sprocket & chain~

Today I will be particular about my bodily cleanliness and appearance.
O' past that has departed away and is gone, I will not cry over you. You may not see me remembering you, not even for a moment, because u have travelled away never to return.
O' future, you are in the realm of the unseen, So i will not be obsessed by your dreams. I will not be preoccupied about what is to come because tomorrow is nothing and has not yet been created.
